① Mountain Gorilla Trekking
Volcanoes National Park is home to diverse primates such as mountain gorillas and golden monkeys.
With knowledgeable guides and staff equipped with GPS, there is a 90% chance of encountering gorillas.
You may also encounter the leader of the gorilla group, known as the silverback, and young gorillas.

② Chimpanzee Trekking
In Nyungwe National Park, you walk through the primary forest to meet chimpanzees.
It is also famous as a birdwatching haven with over 200 species of birds living there.
Binoculars are a must!

③ A Safe Country for Africa Beginners
Rwanda is relatively stable in terms of security in Africa, making it recommended for Africa beginners.

Staff will greet you and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 2

Kigali Nyungwe National Park
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, head to Nyungwe National Park with a tour guide.

Lunch before entering the national park.
After lunch, proceed to the lodge.

Relax at the lodge with a great view, situated on a small hill within the park.

Day 3

Nyungwe National Park/Chimpanzee Trekking
Depart early from the hotel for chimpanzee trekking.

Nyungwe National Park is the largest national park in Central and East Africa, home to 13 species of primates including chimpanzees.
You may encounter a large group of about 80 chimpanzees.

A canopy walk over steep and deep valleys can also be arranged.

Day 4

Nyungwe National Park - Kibuye/Kivu Lake
After breakfast at the lodge, to Kibue.
Sightseeing at Lake Kivu, a resort area where the border runs through the lake between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

After lunch, it's free time.
Please enjoy exploring Ndaba Falls and the town of Kibue.

Day 5

Kibue Volcano National Park
Breakfast at the lodge.
After breakfast, to Volcan National Park. (Approximately 5 hours)

After arriving at the lodge, please relax and prepare for the gorilla trekking the next day.

Day 6

Volcanoes National Park / Gorilla Trekking
Early morning, to gorilla trekking.

Travel by car to the Rwanda Official Tourism Office (ORTPN), and from there, proceed to the trekking point.
It is said that approximately 650 mountain gorillas inhabit Volcanoes National Park, which consists of five inactive volcanoes.
Trekking can last from one and a half hours to eight and a half hours, and you can spend time with the gorillas once you encounter a gorilla group.

Volcanoes National Park - Departure from Kigali
Breakfast at the lodge.
After breakfast, proceed to Kigali.
After breakfast, depart for Kigali.

Pick up and drop off at the airport according to the flight time.
