• Day 1

  

  Cairo International Airport → Cairo/Giza

  Upon arrival in Cairo, you will need to obtain a visa at the airport.
  An English-speaking tour assistant will support you in obtaining the visa at the airport. You will meet the assistant before immigration and complete the procedures.
  
  After that, you will head to the hotel with the tour assistant and check in.

• Day 2

  

  Saqqara → Dahshur → Giza

  After breakfast at the hotel, you will meet with a Japanese-speaking guide and explore the area recognized as a World Heritage Site since 1979 as 'Memphis and its Necropolis.'
  
  First, you will head to Saqqara, the necropolis of the ancient Egyptian capital Memphis.
  Here, you will visit the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the world's oldest stone-cut structure, and the Pyramid of Unas, the oldest pyramid.
  Then, you will move to Dahshur, another known necropolis. In Dahshur, you will enjoy the Bent Pyramid, said to have a unique shape due to an accident during construction left by King Sneferu, father of King Khufu, around 2500 BC, and the Red Pyramid, which is rare for not being stepped.
  
  After that, you will tour the three great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx Temple, enjoying the Egypt many people imagine. You will also visit a viewpoint where you can see all three pyramids together.

• Day 3

  

  Cairo to Aswan

  After breakfast at the hotel, we will move to Cairo Airport and head to the town of Aswan in southern Egypt.
  
  We will visit the Philae Temple (Temple of Isis), which is part of the "Nubian Monuments from Abu Simbel to Philae" registered as a World Cultural Heritage site. This temple was built during the Ptolemaic dynasty in the 3rd to 4th centuries BC. The temple walls retain reliefs depicting the figures of gods, with highlights including reliefs representing the divinity of the goddess Isis, such as illustrations of the source of the Nile. The current Philae Temple was relocated upon the completion of the Aswan High Dam, but its previous appearance has been meticulously recreated in detail.
  
  After touring the Fiera Temple, you will check in for a Nile cruise that travels south up the Nile River. You can rest assured as there is staff support available during check-in.
  
  After that, together with the guide, you will visit the Nubian village, which is lined with many pop and colorful houses. Like Chefchaouen in Morocco, there are many houses with blue walls, but Nubia is characterized by being even more colorful.

  Aswan to Kom Ombo

  In the morning, you will enjoy a leisurely Nile River cruise from Aswan to Kom Ombo.
  
  Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. Built during the Ptolemaic dynasty, this temple is a very rare double temple with duplicated courtyards, halls, altars, and rooms for two gods, and is completely symmetrical along its main axis. The particularly rare double corridor, which fascinates many people, is a must-see.

• Day 5

  

  Edfu to Luxor

  After breakfast on the cruise ship, we will visit the Temple of Edfu (also known as the Temple of Horus) in Edfu, which was constructed between 237 BC and 57 BC and is said to be the best-preserved temple in Egypt. As its name suggests, the Temple of Horus is dedicated to Horus, the sky god in Egyptian mythology, who is depicted in the form of a falcon.
  
  After that, you will move to Luxor, where the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes was located, together with a Japanese guide.
  
  First, visit the Karnak Temple, which is part of the "Ancient Thebes with its Necropolis," a UNESCO World Heritage site, with a guide.
  The Karnak Temple, including the surrounding area, is called the Karnak Temple Complex, a religious site where temples, chapels, pylons, and many other ancient Egyptian structures remain on over 100 hectares of land.

  Valley of the Kings → Cairo

  After enjoying breakfast, you will explore the area known as the realm of the dead within the World Heritage Site 'Ancient City of Thebes and its Necropolis' spread across the west bank of Luxor.
  
  The Valley of the Kings is a group of rock-cut tombs where many kings (pharaohs) are buried, constructed by carving into the rugged cliffs around 1250 BC.
  
  In addition, at the royal tomb of King Tutankhamun, where the "Golden Mask" and other items were excavated, you can see beautiful reliefs depicting the pharaoh and the gods. In addition, you will visit the Shrine of Queen Hatshepsut (also known as the Temple of Deir el-Bahari). It is a funerary temple dedicated to the sun god Amenrah, built under a sheer cliff east of the Valley of the Kings, and is located near the Valley of the Kings, not the Valley of the Queens, to enshrine Queen Hatshepsut, who became the first Pharaoh of Gypt.
