• Day 1

  

  Santiago

  Arrival at Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in Santiago, Chile.
  Transfers to your hotel are provided.
  
  In the afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Santiago.
  Visit downtown, the main square, the cathedral, the central post office, and Santiago City Hall.
  You'll also tour the government palace, La Moneda.
  
  Afterwards, head to eastern Santiago.

  Santiago → Calama → San Pedro

  Fly domestically from Santiago to El Loa Airport in Calama.
  
  Travel via the Domeico Range to San Pedro de Atacama.
  In the afternoon, set off on an excursion to Moon Valley.
  Along the way, pass through a salt mountain range and admire the magnificent panorama of 'Las Tres Marías.'
  The excursion concludes with spectacular canyon views and a mesmerizing sunset.
  Enveloped in the afterglow of dusk, you begin your return journey.

  San Pedro → Atacama Salt Flats → Altiplanic Mountains → San Pedro

  Depart on an excursion to the Atacama salt flats, Chacsa Lagoon, and the Flamingo National Reserve.
  You can observe three of the six flamingo species found worldwide.
  
  After passing by high-altitude lagoons such as Miskanti and Miniques, enjoy lunch in Socaire.
  
  In the afternoon, explore the town of Toconao, visit San Lucas Church and the bell tower, then return to San Pedro.

  San Pedro → El Tatio Geyser → Machuca → San Pedro

  Head to El Tatio Geyser early in the morning.
  This is the highest-altitude geyser in the world, erupting at dawn every day.
  After a brief trek to observe various geothermal activities, enjoy breakfast.
  After breakfast, take a relaxing dip in a natural hot spring.
  
  In the afternoon, head to Sehal Lagoon.
  Located at the center of the Atacama salt flats, this lagoon has such a high concentration of salt and lithium that it allows you to float even more easily than in the Dead Sea.
