Travel Highlights
It is a plan packed with the charm of the Salta region, which is a valley area in the Andes Mountains bordering Chile, Bolivia, and Paraguay in northern Argentina.
Salta, the heart of the Salta region, is a city with a beautiful cityscape with many colonial-style buildings. You will visit various sights in the city of Salta, including the cute and glittering "Salta Cathedral".
Next, take the cloud train, which is popular for enjoying the dynamic scenery of the Toro Valley, and cross the 4200-metre-high mountain pass to Salina Grandes.
At Salinas Grandes, you can enjoy a spectacular view of blue and white, comparable to the Salar de Uyuni.
And if you visit the Salta region, you can't miss the Humahuaca Valley. In the Umawaka Valley, which is also known as the "Rainbow Valley", you can see the mysterious valley that shines in seven colors, and there is no doubt that it will be Instagrammable.
Finish your trip with a toast with a glass of wine from the Cafajate Valley. In addition to visiting wineries, we will also visit the ruins of Quilmes, an indigenous archaeological site. It is a five-day experience where you can fully enjoy the Salta region, which is rich in indigenous culture and full of charm that is different from the rest of Argentina.
