Attentive and friendly service

When I didn't know if the plane would fly due to a typhoon (even though I hadn't asked them to arrange the tickets), they contacted me and kept watching the flight status with me, which was very reassuring.
The car and train arrangements I requested were perfect.
Especially for the train, where seats facing both directions were mixed in the same car, they arranged seats facing the direction of travel for both the outbound and return trips, which was really appreciated.
I would definitely like to use it again.

Next time I want to bring my family!

This time, I traveled alone. I thought I couldn't arrange domestic flights, trains, and cars by myself, so I signed up for a tour.

I was really satisfied. I could see all the places I wanted to visit, and the guides were very kind and took me to various places!

Next time I want to come with my family!

Courteous service

From the initial inquiry to during the trip, we received truly prompt and courteous service, and I was glad we chose them. I thought I would recommend them to acquaintances.
They also cater to areas that are difficult to arrange individually and are not commonly covered by regular tours, and it was easy to use as we could casually consult with local travel company representatives in Japanese via chat.
Additionally, they flexibly accommodated our requests, resulting in a truly satisfying trip.

What kind of country is Uzbekistan?

Uzbekistan is gaining popularity in recent years due to its diverse tourist attractions.
Once flourishing on the Silk Road connecting Asia and Europe, its cities still retain cultural and architectural remnants where Eastern and Western cultures intersect.
The cities registered as World Heritage sites, such as Samarkand, the capital of the Timurid Empire, and the beautiful oasis cities of Bukhara and Khiva, which seem like a time slip, are captivating. Enjoying the bustling bazaars in the capital Tashkent is also recommended.

    A hidden gem

    spot

The ship graveyard in the small town of Muynak in northern Uzbekistan. Due to the desertification of the Aral Sea, considered the greatest environmental disaster of the 20th century, several ships once used for fishing and trade are quietly left behind on the dried-up lakebed. While it prompts reflection on the importance of environmental protection, this unusual landscape is also beautiful and attracts many tourists.

Cash, cards and currency exchange
・When paying in cash, payment is made in sum, not foreign currency.
・In the capital, most luxury hotels and restaurants accept credit cards, but general stores and mid-range or lower hotels do not. Also, many places only accept 'Visa' or 'MasterCard'.
・Currency exchange is possible at hotels and banks. Since the government sets the official rate, the rate is generally the same wherever you exchange. In Tashkent, you can exchange from yen, but in other cities, it is from US dollars. Also, it is difficult to re-exchange local currency to US dollars or Japanese yen, so it is better to use it up.
・For peace of mind, it is advisable to carry around 300,000 sum per day in cash while traveling.
Tips
There is generally no tipping culture.
Public Safety
・The security is as good as in Japan.
Things you should bring with you
・Tissue paper (toilet paper), wet tissues, stomach medicine, cold medicine, etc.
Visa availability and arrangements
・A visa is not required for stays within 30 days.
・A visa is required for stays planned over 30 days.
Required vaccinations
・There are no mandatory requirements for travel.
・However, vaccinations for hepatitis A and B, and tetanus toxoid are recommended.
