Centered around Tromsø, known as a base for Aurora observation in Northern Norway, and Alta, known for its low rainfall, this plan combines Aurora observation and Norway's magnificent fjord tours. Day 1

Tromso
The journey begins in Tromsø, the largest city in northern Norway.
Tromsø is popular both in summer and winter, but during a winter trip to Norway, it serves as a base for various activities such as aurora sightseeing and skiing.

Travel from the airport to your hotel in a separate transfer vehicle.
After checking in at the hotel, take a short walk around Tromsø to feel the Nordic winter. You can also enjoy shopping, so if you feel that you don't have enough protection from the cold, it is recommended to go shopping.

In the evening, enjoy a 3-hour boat trip to search for the aurora. On a quiet, electric-powered boat, savor a delicious dinner from a local restaurant. If the aurora is visible, you can enjoy it from the deck of the boat.

Afterwards, return to the hotel for a good night's sleep.

Day 2

Tromso
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a tour to enjoy Norway's fjords and magnificent nature.

During the approximately 5-hour itinerary, extend your journey to Sommarøy, about an hour away from Tromsø, while visiting many photo spots. With an experienced guide and driver, you can enjoy a safe trip. Along the way, explore the beautiful coastline surrounding Tromsø and visit breathtaking spots like Kvaløya and Ersfjord. Additionally, you can learn about the unique culture brought by fishing and the history of life in the Arctic Circle by visiting related sites.

After returning to Tromsø in the evening, join a popular small-scale minibus aurora tour. A 14-seater bus with an experienced guide and driver will accompany you, chasing locations where the aurora can be seen based on weather forecasts. If the weather is good, a campfire and other preparations will be made at a location where the aurora is visible, allowing you to enjoy aurora observation with warmth while feeling the grandeur of nature. You can listen to the guide's stories while waiting.

Day 3

Tromso to Alta
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to the airport by a transfer vehicle.

Travel from Tromsø to Alta on a flight of about 40 minutes.
Alta is located quite high in northern latitude, but it has a surprisingly mild climate compared to places at the same latitude. It is also known as a place where you can learn about the culture of the Sámi indigenous people of Scandinavia, and the rock paintings painted in the old days as Alta rock paintings are a World Heritage Site.
Transfer from the airport to your hotel by transfer.

You will spend a relaxing time at a Scandinavian-style hotel along the Alta River, experiencing a vegetation completely different from that of Japan.
