Detailed itinerary

• Day 1

  

  Arrived in Delhi

  After arriving at Delhi International Airport, we will take you to the hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel in Delhi.

• Day 2

  

  Arrival at Shravasti

  Early morning, move to the station (with breakfast, or breakfast on the train).
  After that, to Shravasti.
  After arrival, check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Shravasti.
  

• Day 3

  

  Lumbini Tourism (Nepal)

  After breakfast, tour Shravasti. In addition to Sahet-Mahet, there are famous stupas, monasteries, and several temples.
  After arriving in Lumbini, you can obtain a Nepal visa by paying directly (please bring two passport-sized color photos, a copy of your passport, and 30 US dollars per person).
  After lunch, we will visit the birthplace of Buddha, the Maya Devi Temple, the Ashoka Pillar, and the Buddhist Monastery. Dinner and accommodation at a hotel in Lumbini.
  

• Day 4

  

  Kushinagar Tourism

  After breakfast proceed to Kushinagar.
  Upon arrival in Kushinagar, check in at the hotel.
  After lunch, visit the Ramabhar Stupa, Mahaparinirvana Stupa, and Mata Kuar Shrine.
  Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Kushinagar.
  

• Day 5

  

  Varanasi Tourism

  After breakfast, to Varanasi. After arriving in Varanasi, check in at the hotel. Lunch at the hotel.
  Then, tour the city of Varanasi. Visit several temples and Banaras Hindu University. In the evening, enjoy a tour of the world-famous temples on the Ganges River.

• Day 6

  

  Sarnath Tour, to Bodh Gaya

  Early in the morning, take a boat ride on the Ganges River and admire the beautiful sunrise. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After that, check out of the hotel and visit Sarnath and the museum (please note that the museum is closed every Friday). After lunch at a local restaurant in Sarnath, transfer to Bodh Gaya. Upon arrival in Bodh Gaya, check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Bodh Gaya.
  

• Day 7

  

  To Delhi

  Fly to Delhi. In the morning, visit the Mahabodhi Temple for sightseeing and meditation. Then, visit the Buddhist Monastery, Niranjana, and Sujata Village. After lunch, transfer to Patna Airport and board a flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.
  

• Day 8

  

  Sightseeing in Delhi, returning home

  After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Delhi. Visit Birla Temple, Raj Ghat, take a rickshaw ride in Old Delhi, and view the Red Fort from the outside (entry not allowed).
  Have lunch at a local restaurant in Delhi. Then, visit Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the government buildings (President's House, Parliament House, India Gate). After sightseeing, transfer to Delhi International Airport and board a flight to Japan.
