A dream come true!!

I participated in a 7-day New Year’s Himalayan trekking trip (Mardi Himal), and from the planning stage, I communicated my travel preferences via Chatwork. The precise and spot-on responses were quick, and the dream plan came together smoothly. Thanks to the efficient discussions on Chatwork, the itinerary was almost finalized in less than two weeks, which was astonishingly fast and completely stress-free. I am truly grateful for this.
As for the actual trip, it goes without saying that it exceeded my expectations and more.
My initial anxiety about surpassing 4,000 meters was naturally eased by the thoughtful care of the guide and porter. On top of that, we were blessed with the gift of "clear skies," allowing us to experience breathtaking views that moved us to tears, felt deeply with our hearts, bodies, and every sense.
There were no troubles, and we were able to fulfill our dream as a couple and welcome the best New Year’s celebration. I am deeply grateful for this.
Next time, to Lukla (Everest Base Camp)!!
I now have a new goal, and it seems I’ll be more motivated at work as well.
Once again, thank you so much for everything this time.

An adventurous journey of inspiration and gratitude

I went on a 7-night, 8-day trip to Nepal during the New Year holidays, focusing mainly on trekking.
As it was my first trekking experience, I was searching online for a site that could provide support, and I happened to come across Oooh by chance.

From the planning stage to the return home, it turned out to be a very smooth and comfortable trip, and I am grateful to have come across Oooh's site. Since all parties involved could communicate in a single chat, it was very helpful to quickly conduct meetings and address questions. Given that the planning was done at the last minute and there were only a few airline tickets left, I am thankful for the representative's quick thinking and dedicated efforts, which allowed us to travel safely. I felt that Oooh's system is designed to address even the smallest needs.

The local travel agency you introduced was flawless.
Based on our vague survey content, they efficiently planned the desired elements within the limited schedule at a reasonable price. The Japanese coordinator connected us with the local team, which was very helpful.

After arriving at the destination, it was very reassuring to be able to connect with the travel agency staff via LINE and address minor questions or consultations in real time. The representative of the travel agency had near-native proficiency in Japanese, so there were almost no language-related difficulties.

As rental items for trekking, they provided each person with one set consisting of a 70L duffel bag (likely brand new) and a sleeping bag (clean and freshly laundered). This may be a very rude assumption based on my preconceived image of Nepal, but I did not have high expectations for the rental items. As a result, I was very conflicted before departure about whether to bring my own items, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The hotels and lodges they arranged for us were also comfortable and satisfactory.

The trekking guide and porter were around the same age as us (perhaps thanks to the travel company's thoughtful arrangements), and they were very kind, making it enjoyable and comfortable to spend five days together. We are deeply grateful for their assistance.

Before leaving the country, I was prepared for many troubles to arise, but there were hardly any incidents that could be called accidents, and it turned out to be an adventurous trip that pleasantly exceeded my expectations.

During the trip, we were continuously moved by the meticulous care and heartfelt hospitality of the local travel agency. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy an adventurous New Year's trip amidst the majestic scenery of the Himalayas without falling ill, making it a wonderful start to the new year.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who was involved in this trip.

I, Nomura, will convey comments from the perspectives of trekkers, tourists, and golfers that Ram cannot fully express, and provide support in Japanese via chat. I believe there are many concerns when embarking on your first Himalayan trek or trip to Nepal. I hope to broaden your gateway to Nepal by addressing questions like what to bring, what the food is like, and if there are any taboos.

In 1992, I started working as a guide for Japanese tourists in India, and in 1995, I had the opportunity to visit Japan for the first time. During that visit, I was deeply impressed by Japan and its people, and I strongly felt the desire to deepen my connection with this country. With that sentiment in mind, I established a travel company in April 2001. I have 29 years of experience in the tourism industry, 24 of which have been dedicated to operating my own company. We offer a wide range of tourism-related services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, train and flight bookings, as well as customized itineraries and personalized services. To provide the highest standard of service, we regularly visit hotels and restaurants and conduct Japan-specific training for our guides and drivers. Our goal is to help our customers fall in love with India, just as I have. We strive to understand the diverse needs of our clients and create travel experiences tailored to their individual preferences. If you need any assistance with your trip to India, please feel free to contact us!

What kind of country is Nepal?

Nepal is a country located at the foot of the Himalayas, home to the world's highest peak, Everest, and is surrounded by magnificent nature.
Kathmandu, the capital city registered as a World Heritage site, has many temples, and its maze-like brick old town exudes an atmosphere reminiscent of the medieval world.
The beautiful city with lakes spread out against the backdrop of the Annapurna mountain range and the sacred Machapuchare is a popular tourist destination and is also registered as a World Heritage site.
Nepal, a country not very familiar to Japanese people, is reputed to be full of unique charm. How about experiencing an extraordinary trip while touching its great nature and ancient history?
