Anyway, the response was great

It was a 13-day trip to South America.
They answered all our questions and provided detailed information about the precautions and trip details. The guide's section was also excellent. It was very enjoyable.
Speaking of the negative points, I asked for a moderate schedule, but it was packed tightly, and by the end, I was very exhausted. When planning, it's important to judge for yourself whether you can get proper rest and communicate that clearly to Oooh.

At my previous major travel company, I had the opportunity to take care of Japanese expatriates and corporate clients in South America. With the generous cooperation of members of the Nikkei community, I learned about the unique business customs of South America and realized how challenging these countries really are. This insight motivated me to venture out on my own, determined to provide the speed, quality, and meticulous service that Japanese clients expect. Drawing on nearly ten years of experience in the Brazilian travel industry, I continue to study diligently every day with the aim of becoming the only local operator capable of offering clear proposals and explanations about the often perplexing local realities—even in regions that are extremely distant from Japan.

What kind of country is Argentina?

Located on the opposite side of the world from Japan, Argentina is called the 'Paris of South America.' It inherits European elements while possessing its own unique culture, captivating many tourists.
There are World Heritage sites such as the blue-colored glaciers of Los Glaciares, which spread at the edge of the Andes Mountains, and the Valdes Peninsula, famous for its numerous marine fauna.
Additionally, if you venture to the southernmost tip, you'll find vast expanses of glaciers. Argentina is a fascinating country where culture and nature coexist, offering plenty of enjoyment.

Cash, Cards, and Currency Exchange
- The credit card penetration rate in Argentina is quite high. In shops and restaurants frequented by tourists, credit card use is possible in most places. If you have VISA, MASTER, or AMEX, you should definitely be able to use them. However, some taxis may only accept cash.
- Direct exchange from Japanese yen to Argentine pesos is not possible.
・US dollars can be used.
Tips
- Restaurants: About 10% of the bill amount
- Airport and hotel porters: About $1 per piece of luggage
- Pillow money: About $1 per person per night
- Guides, etc.: As a token of appreciation
- Taxi drivers, etc.: Not particularly necessary, but small change may be given as a tip.
Safety
Since the economic crisis, the security situation has deteriorated over the past few years.
In addition to traditional crimes such as pickpocketing, theft, and robbery, there are also incidents of taxi robberies, bank robberies, and express kidnappings where hostages are taken for ransom. Therefore, always be vigilant and never let go of your belongings. When walking in the city, always be aware of your surroundings and avoid dark streets and deserted areas.
Clothing
To prevent becoming a victim of crime, dress casually rather than flamboyantly.
Things to Bring
Stomach medicine, cold medicine, mobile battery, etc.
Visa Requirements and Arrangements
Japanese nationals do not need a visa if they meet the following conditions
・Purpose of travel: tourism, business, transit
・Duration of stay: up to 90 days
・Required passport validity: at least 6 months at the time of entry
・Unused visa pages in passport: at least 1 page
Required Vaccinations
There are no mandatory vaccinations required for entry.
However, it is recommended that adults receive vaccinations for hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and tetanus.
Children should receive regular vaccinations and recommended optional vaccinations in Japan as much as possible. In addition, vaccinations for hepatitis A and hepatitis B (if not received as part of regular vaccinations) are recommended.
Furthermore, if adults or children plan to stay in areas with poor sanitation, a typhoid vaccination is recommended.
