India

I requested a tour for 6 days out of my 9-day first trip to India. When I communicated my desired destinations, they quickly organized a manageable itinerary. Their responses were always prompt and detailed, which was reassuring. They also provided advice on tips and other small details.
The local guide, Hari, was very accustomed to attending to Japanese tourists, and his various considerations were always perfect. He explained everything clearly, no matter what I asked. All the drivers were very polite in their driving and attitude, which was truly wonderful. The meals during the tour were delicious everywhere.
On the day of the Ganesha festival, I noticed that they decorated a small Ganesha statue in the car with flowers to celebrate, which made me feel like I was participating as well, and it was heartwarming.
Fortunately, I was able to enjoy my first trip to India without falling ill. I never knew India could be such a fun place. Its history is long and profound, so I would like to visit again with Ooh.

Driving around Iceland
It was a perfect itinerary with enough flexibility to arrange things myself!
It was great that I could add options during the trip and they responded flexibly. Thank you very much!

I used oooh for the first time.
While everything being an online contract has its advantages, I was anxious about using a company I didn't know, worrying about potential scams, but they handled cancellations and refunds even after the trip, so I think I made a good choice.
Since the trip was a private tour, there were many benefits, such as being able to change the route to avoid crowds.
Depending on the region I travel to, I would like to use this company again. Thank you very much✨

Trip to Peru
I was able to enjoy a lot of travel by arranging private tours of Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, and local sightseeing in Cusco and Lima.
We efficiently visited key points, and I was also given explanations about history, such as Inca culture,
which allowed me to fully enjoy it ☺
I wanted to create my own itinerary rather than a package tour from Japan,
but I couldn't negotiate with the local tourist information center, so I could think of an itinerary to some extent by myself,
however, since this destination is a difficult place to go alone... for my selfishness,
I was very fortunate to meet Mr. Oooh as my guide this time.
Regarding the price, it seems reasonable since it's during the Obon period. They also negotiated on finer details, such as making the hotel a little cheaper or not needing airport transfers.
I think it's cheaper than ordering multiple local tours individually from other Japanese sites if you're alone.
Unfortunately, due to two delays on the flight, the Nazca Lines on the first day were canceled.
When contacting, there was a time difference, and there was a time lag in responses between the Japanese company and the South American tour company,
so I was worried if the chat was being communicated properly.
In this chat, I don't know if the Japanese to English or Spanish conversion is done by AI or through a Japanese person,
and since I couldn't use my phone during the transit, I can't speak English without Google Translate...
I thought it would be better to be able to send a direct email for emergency contact.
Emails are easier to edit, so it's easier to write even in poor English.
There were various problems, but those are also memories.
Thank you for a trip that will remain a lifelong memory for me.

On this trip, I enjoyed the charms of Southern Africa by traveling through Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Cape Town. In Botswana, I stayed at a lodge in Chobe National Park and enjoyed safaris from morning until evening. In Zimbabwe, I participated in various activities, including visiting Victoria Falls, one of the world's three great waterfalls. Furthermore, in Namibia, I boarded the Chobe Princess and experienced a boat safari along the Chobe River. Finally, in Cape Town, I enjoyed the charm of a city that blends urban and natural beauty, which is different from the great outdoors. Every part of the journey was filled with emotion, but especially the experience of the great nature in Chobe was breathtaking. Thanks to the warm welcome and thoughtful care from the staff at Elephant Camp and the crew of the Chobe Princess, the trip became even more fulfilling. Unexpectedly, I had many interactions with other travelers, and while it was honestly tiring, it also became a good memory.

Since the travel period was long, I had them think of a plan, but they promptly responded to the requests I made later, which was very helpful.
The local support through the messaging app WhatsApp was also perfect, allowing me to travel with peace of mind.
They suggested recommended restaurants, and I think the support provided is something that is hard to find in regular tours.
When I travel again, I would definitely like to ask for their help.

I believe we were able to do enough of the sightseeing we had planned.
Even though the international flight arrived late, we were able to do some sightseeing that I thought would be impossible.
The problem was that, according to the itinerary planned in advance, we were supposed to travel by car for the entire journey, but my body couldn't hold up until the end. (This is personal)
① The departure time was earlier almost every day, so I couldn't secure enough sleep. (Due to the time difference)
② The road conditions were worse than I imagined, and it affected not only motion sickness but also my gastrointestinal condition.
I believe I received some support to a certain extent.
Considering that the driver and guide were with us all day, personally, I would have preferred a lower price, but I think it's reasonable.

Originally, we were planning a package tour, but it was canceled due to not enough participants, so we ended up asking oooh-san at the last minute.
Before the trip, they kindly answered detailed questions, which was reassuring.
It was a trip for three generations from teenagers to those in their 80s, so it was a private tour with a Japanese guide, and it was very good to hear various explanations in Japanese.
Also, since the guide took care of all confirmations and directions, I could relax and felt very secure.
They also recommended some shops.
Peruvian cuisine was very delicious.
I was happy to finally visit Machu Picchu safely.
It was unfortunate that the Nazca lines were canceled due to a sandstorm, but I would like to visit again for a revenge trip.
