Egypt

It was great to have a safe trip from start to finish.
I was able to visit all the places I wanted to.
However, the early morning departures were tiring. I knew there would be a lot of travel, so if I had an estimate of how long the travel times would be, I might have been able to adjust the schedule a bit more.
The lunches were delicious everywhere.
The last lunch I had was the most delicious.
Thank you very much.

The response from the secretariat was also wonderful. There were many things I didn't understand as it was my first travel destination, but I received a lot of help with various consultations before the trip.
Even after arriving, the guide's response was prompt and
there was a member with a disability, but they accommodated us to make it easier to move around. I think I was quite demanding, but they responded graciously. Thank you very much.

I was truly moved by being able to see the pyramids, the Sphinx, and temples in Egypt, and by being there ourselves.
I am really glad that I was able to go to a country that I always wanted to visit but thought I couldn't easily go to.
Prior communication;
I couldn't communicate smoothly with the person in charge.
There were times when I didn't get a reply, and even when I did, it wasn't in response to what I asked or requested, making it a tough situation without a Japanese representative.
Local guide;
If I were to rate it on a scale of 5, I would give it a 2.
I think he was friendly, and when he found other Japanese people besides us, he would talk to them, so I thought he was a good person, but
there were issues with his Japanese level, and his voice was quiet. For example, even in the car, he would talk facing forward without turning back from the passenger seat, so I could hardly hear what he was saying.
I think the various names in Egypt can be difficult, but I couldn't quite understand his Japanese explanations, and even when I asked questions, I only got responses like "I don't know?" I felt like I didn't understand the meaning of having a Japanese guide and eventually gave up trying to understand halfway through.
I researched it myself online after returning.
My friend's suitcase broke during the trip, and I repeatedly asked him to wait a bit because it took time to carry it, but he went ahead alone.
Even at tourist spots, when we were stopped for luggage checks or when we couldn't enter because the QR code for the gate didn't scan properly, he didn't notice and went ahead without looking back for more than 50 meters.
I was desperate not to lose sight of him.
Also, (I asked to be separated halfway through) we had lunch at the same table, and next to us, he was watching a video on YouTube or something at a loud volume. In Luxor, we sat at a table where nothing was served for about an hour, and the guide was watching videos. I wondered what this time was for, and when I asked, "Why is nothing being served?" I was told, "Lunch starts at 11:30." I wanted an explanation of what the situation was.
He was late twice for our meeting time, there was no communication, and he asked questions like, "What time is your return flight?" which he should have known, and asked if I disliked raw vegetables or fruits, or if I wanted to eat dates sold by the roadside. It seemed he didn't understand Japanese tourists at all, and overall, it was far from satisfactory.
Hotel;
Barceló Cairo Pyramids; I couldn't believe it was a four-star hotel. The window fittings were poor, and cold drafts came in, and the hairdryer was broken and unusable.
Aracan Eatabe Luxor Hotel; At the dinner buffet in a huge restaurant where no one else was present except us, we were moved from a four-person table to a two-person table, but it was a nice hotel with a Nile River view.
【Others】
I was informed by the person in charge beforehand that "Egypt is a tourist country, so you can use dollars or yen, but it would be better to bring about 10,000 yen in Egyptian pounds, and you can also exchange at Cairo International Airport," but I couldn't exchange Japanese yen at the Egyptian airport. Also, Japanese yen was completely unusable.
The Nile River cruise was very cold, and the music was unbearably (really, truly unbearably) loud, which was tough.
――
That’s all, but overall, I am extremely satisfied with the trip and I think it was good to have asked your company for help.
When I travel abroad again, I definitely want to rely on you.
Again, thank you very much for the generous support!!

Originally, I had a rough hope of wanting to go to "Turkey and Egypt for about 10 days," but you organized a wonderful tour.
Before departure, various questions and wishes came up sporadically, and you responded quickly and politely each time, and also incorporated our wishes thoroughly, thank you very much!
I appreciate the dense support.
Here are the details.
Guide;
Both guides in Cappadocia and Istanbul were very good.
If I were to rate them on a scale of 5, both would get 5 points.
There were no issues with Japanese, the amount of knowledge, the content they spoke about, and the answers to our questions were all easy to understand, and they taught us many things.
In particular, my friend's suitcase was broken (two wheels were lost) between Cappadocia and Istanbul, but the guide immediately reached out to see if there was anything they could do at the airport, and when going from Istanbul to Cairo, they spoke with the airport staff saying, "The luggage is broken."
Also, they gave us advice such as, "Tomorrow's temperature will be XX degrees, but it will probably feel a bit colder, so make sure to dress warmly" and "If you're going to Egypt, absolutely do not eat raw vegetables or fruits, and it's better to brush your teeth with mineral water," and they smoothly responded to many of our various requests, being kind and perfect.
There was just a little bit of a strong perfume smell (which was a bit tough for Japanese people) in the car, but they had a lovely smile and were charming, teaching us various things about Cappadocia.
If my friend goes to Turkey, I would definitely recommend these two, and if they ever come to Japan, I would love to see them again.
Hotel;
Mislake Cave; The hotel staff were all polite and kind. There was a terrace-like space right in front of our room (although it was a smoking area), and on the balloon standby day, we were able to see the balloon groups rising into the sky in a private setting.
The room was warm enough, but the hairdryer was quite weak, to the point where I thought, "This is good enough" before it was even half-dry.
Overall, it was a cute and nice hotel.
Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel; It was a beautiful hotel with colorful and cute colors. However, the shower sprayed water vigorously from the middle of the hose, soaking the toilet. I requested to replace the kettle as it was unusable, but they could not replace it.
But, well, I think this is how overseas hotels are, and overall it was a clean and nice hotel.

With full attendance, I was able to travel with peace of mind even without a common language, and I was able to have an efficient trip that is not possible with package tours.

I felt secure as I was not left alone and was able to act together!
They planned according to each individual's needs and also accommodated our wishes on the day.
It was my first time in India, but I was able to spend my time without any stomach issues. Thank you 😊
Thailand

Since it was my first solo overseas trip, I was initially worried about communication with the Thai guide and whether the service would be lacking. However, I was surprised by how attentive the guide was, beyond my expectations!
The Thai driver and the person waiting at the airport were also really kind.
I hesitated to request the service because the cost was a bit high, but since they organized the schedule so well, actively took photos, and arranged everything to go smoothly, I think it was worth the price!
If I had to say something, there were times when the responses took a bit longer, so I thought it would have been more reassuring if they were quicker. It might be due to the time difference, so it can't be helped...
However, I was able to create the best memories, so I am very satisfied!
Thank you very much!
