I went to Bali for the first time on my honeymoon.
I was proposed a tour by a major travel agency, but the content was lacking and I was not satisfied, so when I consulted with Oooh, they created a very good plan for me.
Surfing lessons and snorkeling were my first experiences, but it was very enjoyable, and I was able to ride the waves, which was a great experience.
At the Oka Coffee Farm, I enjoyed coffee tasting and shopping, and it was very fun to meet the civet cat. They helped me combine a villa and a hotel according to my budget.
I was satisfied that I could have a morning breakfast at the villa. The local guide was friendly, and when there was free time, they took us to shopping areas and provided us with free time, and even placed orders for us at cafes and restaurants since we couldn't speak English well. They were very considerate and helpful. There were many things I didn't understand at the hotel, but they responded quickly via chat, and staff nearby came to help me at the villa, which was reassuring! I slightly exceeded my budget, but I was very satisfied, so I was glad I went.
It was an emotional few days where I could challenge myself with many new things. I would like to be taken care of again.
Peru

I received a proposal for a one-week trip to Peru, including the Amazon River, Machu Picchu, and Cusco. I am very satisfied that all my selfish requests were accepted and that I received optimal planning. I was also suggested activities and hotels that were not initially planned, and the quick response gave me confidence. In my case, the booking was last minute, so the domestic flight access was poor, which led to wasted time and extra flight costs, but there is no doubt that it was the best planning, and I am very grateful to have spent an unforgettable week in my life.
Poland

I'm glad I could go to the suburbs, which I couldn't reach by myself.
The guide was very kind and a good person, and since they were a Polish Japanese guide, the interactions at the entrance and in the café were smooth, and they shared various stories about Poland.
I did some research on my own, but I think it would have been better if there were a few more suggestions on time management.
In the second half, it was a bit rushed, which was disappointing.

I wanted to go to Morocco mainly for the desert, but I felt it would be difficult to sightsee on my own. However, I couldn't find an ideal group tour and was at a loss when I came across this service.
At first, I was anxious about how much support I could receive through the online window and whether I could really travel, but the speedy message responses and the thorough assistance during video consultations were very helpful.
On the day, I had meals with the guide's family and was taken to places I hadn't planned to visit, so the actual schedule was quite flexible and more of a reference (it may vary by person). However, overall, I had a good trip, so I have no complaints. I think this is part of the communication during the trip.
In any case, the advantage of being able to rely on local transportation and schedule management is significant. Photos can also be taken for you.
There were many cars from similar tour companies on the way to the Sahara Desert. This service, which allows you to communicate with local tour companies in Japanese through a Japanese company, is groundbreaking.
Thank you, local guide Muhammad!

I was concerned about whether I could communicate smoothly with the overseas representative, but overall, they responded quickly and there were no major issues. There were times when the nuances of language made it difficult to convey my wishes effectively (sometimes requiring me to repeat my requests), but it was within my expected range and I didn't find it particularly bothersome. Since languages and cultures are different, I believe it's necessary to communicate my requests clearly to avoid misunderstandings. The final itinerary was presented in a way that was easy to understand, which was very helpful, especially since I couldn't dedicate much time to researching the trip beforehand.

I used to participate in guided tours when traveling with my mother, but I found it unsatisfactory as I know the joy of free travel, so I was looking for a service like this.
I was anxious as it was my first time using it, but I had a very satisfying trip, and my mother was also impressed. She said she can no longer participate in group tours.
They consulted with me on various matters before the trip, and when I fell ill during the trip, they responded smoothly, which was very reassuring.
I had given up on the Majorelle Garden, which requires a reservation and is unpredictable in timing, but the driver asked me how to make a reservation, and they arranged the tickets for me.
It was a comfortable trip with attention to every detail.
I would like to use it again.
Thank you very much!

I was able to enter areas that I wouldn't have been able to on a personal trip, and I am very satisfied.
Italy

When planning a trip to Italy for our honeymoon, I consulted with Oooh because there were no existing plans that matched my wishes.
I first conveyed a rough framework and my hopes, created an initial travel itinerary, and from there, they gradually incorporated our requests to create the ideal plan. Even after the plan was completed, they answered my detailed requests and questions, allowing us to feel at ease on the day of travel. The guides and drivers they provided were also very kind, and we had fulfilling days. Not only that, but they offered such comprehensive support that we could make changes to the plan and consult with them as needed during the trip.
As a result, we were able to spend our honeymoon without any anxiety, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Although the cost was somewhat high, considering the support provided for experiencing the ideal plan, I felt it was rather inexpensive for the level of service received. I would like to request their help for my next overseas trip as well. Thank you very much for this time!
Madagascar

I requested local travel agent Sylviane for what I wanted to do (the reserves I wanted to visit, Tsingy, and the birds I wanted to observe), and she arranged everything so I could enjoy it all.
Tsingy is very inconvenient to access, so it is not included in tours, which was appreciated.
Also, the local guide was fluent in Japanese and kindly asked a friend guide at Kirindy Reserve for the birds I wanted to see (I was able to see the long-awaited Madagascar Nightjar!!), and guided me through the market in Morondava, which made me very happy as they listened to my requests.
Every place was an unreal and wonderful location, but Palmarium, Kirindy Reserve, and Berenty Reserve were fun places where I wanted to stay longer.
I had some anxiety before going, but I ended up really liking Madagascar, so I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I would like to go to the Southern Cross Road!
In this trip, I had almost no complaints, but,
① The food was too much every time → They served a combination of 3 to 5 pieces of bread, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts every time, and although it was delicious, I couldn't finish it. Since the portions were large, it felt wasteful to leave food, so I asked them to reduce it, but adjustments couldn't be made.
② I had trouble with tips → In Japan, there is no tipping culture, so in situations like restaurants and luggage services, I didn't know who to tip and how much. I kept asking the local guide every time.
③ The domestic flight didn't operate → The flight from Morondava to Antananarivo was canceled even after I checked in my luggage and received a boarding ticket. I had the guide negotiate with Madagascar Airlines to arrange a hotel for that day, but it seems such things happen often... Fortunately, a flight was available the next day, and I could go to Fort Dauphin in the afternoon, but I thought it might be dangerous not to plan with some leeway.
④ Airport staff in Madagascar tried to extort money → On the first day, upon arriving at Madagascar airport, even though I had prepared the visa in Japan, I was directed to the visa window and asked for cash. Even when I showed the visa, they insisted on 3 euros! and created an atmosphere of not letting me pass. My husband knew from YouTube that airport staff extort money, so when he said no cash!, they laughed and let us through.
The police also check cars at checkpoints, and it seemed that corruption was quite prevalent.
⑤ The hotel and lodge where I stayed had no amenities at all (which I didn't mind at all), and there were no tissues in the room. I carried toilet paper with me. Also, power outages happened frequently, so a light was essential. Depending on the accommodation, the toilet doors might not close, and there was no bathtub. Moreover, during car transfers, there are no toilets along the way, so you have to relieve yourself in the nearby grasslands. This is just for reference for those planning a trip...
I wrote a lot, but all of it is a very enjoyable memory!
Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan

I requested to see the Door to Hell in Turkmenistan. I made a rather greedy request to also sightsee in Uzbekistan within the limited timeframe of 7 days, but they managed to adjust and organize a tour for me. It was about half a journey of moving, but I had experiences that I couldn't have elsewhere, such as taking sleeper trains in Uzbekistan and crossing borders overland. I had a scary image of Turkmenistan as a dictatorship, but the guide was friendly and kind, and the locals were also favorable towards Japanese people, which completely changed my impression. I was very satisfied with the trip as I was able to see the breathtaking Door to Hell, the unique cityscape of the capital Ashgabat, and all the historical buildings of Uzbekistan.
