It was amazing 😃

I was looking for a plan to visit Egypt's main tourist spots and the Bahariya Oasis, and I consulted with them. They adjusted the plan until I was satisfied, and it turned out to be a very fulfilling trip.
Additionally, Mustafa, the Japanese-speaking guide, was very friendly, and I had a great time learning about the ruins and Egyptian culture. They also helped exchange JPY to EGP for tips and USD for the trip, and even accommodated my requests to add places like the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Unfinished Obelisk, which were not in the original plan. I am truly grateful for their flexibility.
I highly recommend it.

The best

I was glad that the trip was safe from start to finish.
I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see.
However, the early morning departure made it tiring. Since I already knew there would be a lot of traveling, having an estimate of the travel time might have allowed me to adjust the itinerary a bit more.
The lunches were delicious everywhere, which was great.
The last lunch I had was the best.
thank you very much.

The trip was satisfying, but there are areas for improvement!

In Egypt, seeing the pyramids, the Sphinx, and temples, and being there in person was truly moving.
I’m really glad I was able to visit a country I always wanted to see in my lifetime but thought would be difficult to go to.

Pre-trip communication;
Communication with the person in charge was not very smooth.
There were times when there was no response, or the responses didn’t address our questions or requests. Without the Japanese representative, it would have been a tough situation.

Local guide;
If I were to rate them on a 5-point scale, it would be a 2.
I think they were friendly and seemed like a good person, as they would approach other Japanese people they spotted besides us.

However, their Japanese proficiency was an issue, and their voice was too soft. For example, even in the car, they would speak while facing forward from the passenger seat, so we could barely hear what they were saying.
I understand that Egyptian names can be difficult, but their Japanese explanations were unclear, and when we asked questions, the responses were often along the lines of 'I don’t know?' It made me question the point of having a Japanese-speaking guide, and I eventually gave up trying to understand.
I ended up researching things myself online after returning home.

A friend’s suitcase broke during the trip, and we repeatedly asked the guide to wait a bit as it took time to carry it, but they walked ahead on their own. Even at tourist spots, when we were held up at baggage checks or couldn’t enter due to QR code issues, they didn’t notice and walked more than 50 meters ahead without looking back.
We were desperate not to lose sight of them.
Additionally, (though we asked to be seated separately midway), we had lunch at the same table, and the guide watched loud YouTube videos or something similar next to us. At a lunch spot in Luxor, we sat at a table for about an hour with nothing being served, while the guide watched videos. When I asked why nothing was being served, they said, 'Lunch starts at 11:30.' I wish they had explained the situation.
They were late for the meeting time twice without any notice, asked questions like 'What time is your return flight?' which they should have already known, and 'Do you dislike raw vegetables or fruits?' or 'Would you eat dates sold on the roadside?' It seemed like they didn't understand Japanese tourists at all, and overall, it was far from satisfactory.

Hotels;
Barcelo Cairo Pyramids; It was far from a 4-star hotel. The windows were poorly fitted, letting in drafts and making it cold, and the hairdryer was broken and unusable.

Aracan Eatabe Luxor Hotel; At the dinner buffet, we were moved from a 4-person table to a 2-person table even though the massive restaurant was empty except for us. However, it was a nice hotel with a Nile River view.

[Other]
We were told by the person in charge beforehand that 'Egypt is a tourist country, so you can use dollars or yen. It’s good to bring about 10,000 yen worth of Egyptian pounds, but you can also exchange money at Cairo International Airport.' However, we couldn’t exchange Japanese yen at the Egyptian airport, and yen was completely unusable.

The Nile River cruise was extremely cold, and the music was unbearably (truly, truly unbearably) loud, which made it difficult to enjoy.

――
That’s all, but overall, I am extremely satisfied with the trip and glad I entrusted it to your company.
I would definitely like to rely on your services again for future overseas trips.

Once again, thank you so much for your thorough support!!

Private tours in Egypt are worth it.

I had always traveled completely independently, but this time, my spouse and I planned a stress-free private trip to Egypt with a Japanese-speaking guide, at about the same cost as a group tour.

1) Having a private car and a Japanese-speaking guide was essential for efficient sightseeing in Egypt. The convenience was something group tours couldn’t offer, and the guide adjusted visit times based on the crowd levels at the sites. For example, we entered the Abu Simbel Temple’s night show before the groups arrived and enjoyed it from the front row.

2) The guide took us to souvenir shops in the bazaar that group tours wouldn’t visit, and they were reasonably priced. They also guided us to places that would have been hard to reach alone. I appreciated that they delivered drinks and medicine not sold nearby the next day. Of course, I didn’t ask for change.

3) Egypt is often called the 'land of tips,' but we only had to give a tip to the guide at the end. The guide even paid for toilet tips, so we could enjoy the trip without worrying about tipping. The tip for the guide was $10 per day. Some agencies ask for $40 to $45 per day for the driver and guide.

4) The airport meet-and-greet was smooth; we didn’t have to look for the staff as they met us before immigration. They also helped us purchase the $25 visa for free (domestic tour companies charge $35 including tips). Additionally, we could communicate via Line during the tour, which was reassuring.

For reference

5) I didn’t exchange for local currency and brought plenty of $1 and $5 bills. Souvenirs could be purchased in dollars.

Planning

6) I used a chat translation app to coordinate with the local company, which made me a bit anxious, but they handled even the small details after payment by card. It was also possible to talk via Zoom. Time differences should be taken into account.

7) For an individual traveling alone for the first time within Egypt, moving between spots can be challenging due to overpriced taxis, and even Uber cannot be fully trusted. I thought transportation was quite difficult. For places like South America, India, Africa, or remote regions, I particularly recommend using a reliable travel agent. (You should arrange your flight to the destination yourself.)

They took us to all the places we wanted to visit!

We were originally considering a tour for our trip to Egypt, but there were no tours that covered all the places we wanted to visit within our desired number of days.

So, we decided to look into companies that plan private trips and found that this company provided the most thorough response. The price was also comparable to a tour, so we decided to go with them.

The great thing about a private trip was that we could go to the places we wanted to visit immediately with a private car, minimizing time loss. They smoothly took us to all the places we wanted to see and even brought us to lunch at the timing we preferred.
The guide provided explanations exclusively for us, making it very easy to understand, and they answered all of our questions!

Since we wanted to visit as many ruins as possible, they even planned an itinerary that included a 3:30 AM meeting in the hotel lobby—something unthinkable on a package tour!
We traveled as a family of four with two children, so the schedule was a bit tough for them, but they managed to keep up.

Thanks to that, we had a 5-day trip with 2 nights on the plane and 2 nights in Egypt. We visited the three great pyramids of Giza, toured the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu, saw the Sphinx and its mortuary temple, a pyramid viewing spot, and the pyramid light show.
The next day, we had a day trip to Luxor, where we visited the interiors of 3-4 tombs in the Valley of the Kings, including Tutankhamun's tomb. Unexpectedly, we were also taken to the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. The Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple were absolutely breathtaking!
On the third day, we visited the Egyptian Museum, where we saw Tutankhamun's golden mask and received thorough explanations about everything else.
We also went shopping at Khan el-Khalili.
They also took us to a famous koshari restaurant.

The only disappointing points were that we wanted the itinerary earlier, but we only received it after asking at the last minute, and not all the planned ruins were listed. We left the hotel selection to them, but it was less satisfactory than expected; perhaps it would have been better if they had proposed other options. That said, even those things became good memories, and the rest of the trip was truly satisfying. We are so glad we chose them!

Thank you so, so much!!

Thanks to everyone's proper coordination, we were able to enjoy a smooth sightseeing experience. The guide's knowledge and explanations were excellent.

We had a wonderful Luxor sightseeing experience. It was a bit challenging for the toddler, but they did their best.
I think it would have been nice to have some break time. Since it was my daughter's second visit to the sightseeing spot, she was able to learn more deeply and was very pleased. Thank you for accurately identifying the best photo spots and helping us take wonderful pictures.

It became the best memory in a country I had always admired!

To Egypt, a country I had admired since I was a child.
Other companies’ tours didn’t cover many historical sites, so I decided to go with Oooh.
They carefully listened to my requests and created several plans, resulting in a very satisfying itinerary.
Since it was a custom-made plan, the price was reasonable, but it included everything such as local hotels, restaurants, and entrance fees. The only times I needed to take out my wallet locally were for tipping and buying souvenirs. Looking back, I even wondered if it was okay to pay only this much.
There were parts of the itinerary, like visiting two museums in one day, that made me wonder if it was the best plan, but overall, I was satisfied.

During the trip, I came down with a fever, but they smoothly handled necessary arrangements like schedule changes and hospital visits, which was very reassuring.
Even on-site, the guide responded to my requests as much as possible.
Perhaps because I mentioned my love for history, the local guide provided detailed explanations at every site we visited and even adjusted the schedule to suit my personality, making it a highly satisfying tour.
For some reason, my request to go souvenir shopping was stubbornly ignored despite being acknowledged…
I’d like to use this service again when I visit Egypt next time.

First time in Egypt

Although it was a bit pricey for a private trip, it was flexible, the transfers were perfect, and I had an enjoyable journey.

Highly recommended for those who want to customize their private trips.

It was a two-person trip to Egypt with my sister.
I dislike tours with guides and only considered private trips where I could visit the places I wanted at my own pace.
The places I wanted to visit and the things I wanted to do
The Grand Egyptian Museum
pyramid
Abu Simbel Temple
Luxor area
Balloon Ride
Camel ride
But,
Uber is only available in Cairo.
For example, there’s no place to store suitcases at Cairo Airport, so being able to request specific arrangements was very helpful.
After booking the flight tickets and hotel, I found this company online, so the suggested route was not feasible, but they responded promptly via chat 24/7 (even late at night).
The travel cost is not cheap, but
They provided peace of mind and convenience, and they were flexible on the day of the tour, leaving me extremely satisfied.
Mustafa, the Japanese-speaking guide in Egypt, was amazing! Hany from the local agency also spoke Japanese well, which was very helpful.
If I have another opportunity, I will use this company again and would recommend it to my friends.

What kind of country is Egypt?

Egypt, one of the world's most popular tourist destinations, is a country many people want to visit at least once in their lifetime!
In addition to tourist attractions like the three great pyramids of Giza, the Valley of the Kings, and the Abu Simbel temples, there are many attractive activities such as hot air balloon tours, Nile River cruises, and camel rides.
Since the trains and transportation available to foreign travelers are limited, and many taxis require negotiation, it is recommended to join a guided tour that includes sightseeing and meals to efficiently enjoy Egypt.
