  Before the term 'individual travel' became established, we started as New Zealand's first specialized individual travel agency in July 2002.
  Before starting my business, I gained experience working at a travel agency in Japan, as well as extensive on-site experience as a local guide for a Japanese travel company overseas.
  Our company does not handle package tours or group travel. I consulted with a Japanese travel agency, but they couldn't arrange the travel schedule I wanted.
  As a travel agency operating locally, we do not create such dissatisfaction. We carefully listen to each customer's wishes and assist in creating original individual travel experiences that Japanese travel agencies cannot provide.

  After obtaining the qualification for general travel business handling in Japan, I worked at a Japanese travel agency.
  After working as a tour guide in Australia, I came to New Zealand and spent the first few years working as a tour guide in Queenstown, mainly guiding to Mount Cook and Milford, as well as providing airport transfers.
  In 2007, I moved to Christchurch, and since then, I have mainly been involved in travel arrangements and planning. In the past, I stayed in Queenstown for about two months during the ski season to assist with the ski desk for ski groups.
  In 2012, I moved to Auckland, and I am still mainly involved in travel arrangements and planning. As a mother of two, please feel free to entrust me with family travel as well.
  Utilizing my experience traveling individually and my local guiding experience in the South Island, I would like to work together to create itineraries that can accommodate each customer's wishes and requests unique to individual travel.
