I decided on my first trip to Thailand just a week in advance. I'm not good at researching and planning, but I had a strong desire to travel only to the places I wanted to visit. During the tour, the guide and driver handled everything with care, allowing me to enjoy the trip with peace of mind. The guide taught us about local culture and manners in advance and introduced us to delicious dishes not found in guidebooks. Thanks to the local guide, I was able to experience what a 'journey' truly is!

And then, I made a huge mistake by forgetting my laptop at the hotel, but everyone quickly supported me, and I was able to get it back safely. If it had been a solo trip, I would have given up. I'm so grateful that it brought tears to my eyes.

It was my first solo trip as a woman, but thanks to Oooh, I had the best debut solo journey. I could enjoy even remote areas with peace of mind, so I definitely want to use their services again for my next solo or girls' trip.

It was reassuring to be able to ask anything via Line.
The first day of the optional tour was good, but when we planned to visit a remote island the next day, there was no explanation from the guide about the cancellation fees, etc. As a result, we had to pay for someone who couldn't go on the day, and I regretted not calling by the day before.
The person was not fluent in Japanese, so there might have been a lack of communication...
