The guide, to be honest, was not fluent in Japanese, and there were times when conversations didn't align or I couldn't catch what they were explaining despite their efforts. However, they were very kind and considerate of my elderly mother, who had difficulty walking.

It was interesting to be taken to a popular local eatery with long lines, a place group tours would never go. My mother, unfamiliar with such places, was a bit bewildered, but my husband loved it. I also preferred it to endless set menus that I couldn't finish. The tea time experiences, like Vietnamese sweet soup or unique egg coffee, which I wouldn't have thought of without their suggestions, became wonderful memories.

Everything went smoothly, and I discovered the charm that group tours lack, so I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the chance.

Trip to Peru, Bolivia, and Chile

India, a place I had wanted to visit for years but never could.
I was hesitant to travel around India on my own, but I also didn't want to visit unnecessary places. While searching for a way to explore India safely and in our own style, I came across Oooh.
Even though it was a very selfish plan, you managed to organize it well, and I was able to stay at a wonderful hotel. At one point, I became anxious and made an inquiry, but at that time, Mr. Okura (Oooh Concierge) kindly explained everything and eased my worries. I am truly grateful.
The guide and the driver were also delightful people. Both of them were very kind.
The next time I visit India, I would like to travel around with them again.
I still can't forget how delicious the chai I drank at midnight was. ♥️

I requested a 6-night tour around Cairo, Abu Simbel, Aswan, and Luxor.
Since I was traveling alone, the hotel costs were supposed to be high, but they planned it cheaper compared to similar tours by other companies (single room rate), so I am satisfied with the price. The weather was favorable, and there were no troubles at all, so I didn't need to ask for support from Oooh during the trip. The local travel company's support was perfect, and they were always ready ahead of the meeting times.
The choice of hotels was also appropriate. In Cairo, I requested a cheaper hotel, and although it was inexpensive with basic facilities, it was a lovely place with a pyramid view. On the other hand, the hotel in Abu Simbel was a wonderful resort. (It was a pity I was alone there.)
Except for the last day, an experienced guide accompanied me. Of course, their Japanese was excellent. I think it depends on the guide's style, but in this case, after explaining the destination, it became free time, and I acted individually. Personally, I thought this style suited me.

Here are some points that could be improved. During the itinerary planning stage via chat, there were misunderstandings and slow responses, so we couldn't communicate frequently. If we could chat more often, I think we could have planned a bit better. Also, there was no prior information on additional fee options on-site (such as entering the pyramids or Tutankhamun's tomb), so I had to make sudden decisions without knowing if the prices were reasonable. It would be nice to have prior information and consultation about souvenir shops as well.

The trip mainly revolved around visiting the trade fair,
I think it would have been more helpful if suggestions for enjoying meals were provided.
I would have liked to be introduced to restaurants and other establishments near the hotel and trade fair that could be enjoyed during the day and night.
In the end, I had no choice but to sleep at night, and unlike Japan, there were no convenience stores, which felt inconvenient.
What needs improvement is that I would have liked an explanation of such inconveniences beforehand.
